Because at every store, there's going to be a different type of customer that comes in. So, at my store, I live in a small town, so there's a lot of locals that come in, a lot of regulars. And so, they know us really well and so we can build strong relationships with them. Or other Starbucks, like downtown Las Vegas, they're going to have a bunch of tourists coming in, random people they don't know. And so, there's going to be a whole different vibe within that Starbucks. So, you should really look at what type of customers come into the store that you are applying to, because it really will change your experience. If you want to work at a store where you build strong relationships, that's awesome because that's one of the reasons why I came to my store. As a barista, you know you're supposed to connect with customers really well.
